Check your selected product, quantity, condition, delivery details and total before paying. Keep the order confirmation. If there is a stock or pricing error, we will contact you to discuss the options rather than charge an increased price without agreement.
Product condition and what is included
Read the listing for the exact SKU, condition and included components. New, used and refurbished are different conditions. A barebones or CTO server does not include processors, memory, drives, rails or licences unless the listing expressly says it does. Check compatibility before purchase or ask us for help.
Prices, payment and delivery
The store currency is GBP. Applicable tax treatment, delivery charges and the final amount payable are shown before payment. Use the payment methods offered by the secure checkout. Do not send card details by email or through a contact form.

Server configurations and quotations
The configurator lets you prepare a requested build. Component prices and totals shown there are estimates until the full specification, compatibility, availability, delivery and final price are confirmed. Submitting a quote request does not place or pay for an order.
Any agreed configuration, accessories, services and delivery terms should be included in the quotation you accept.
Returns, faults and support
Every hardware product includes a 90-day return-to-base (RTB) warranty from delivery. Optional server upgrades provide 12, 24 or 36 months total cover. Read warranty coverage and claims and returns and refunds. These warranties do not limit statutory rights.
Responsible use and your rights
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or infringe other people’s rights. Back up data before installing hardware or returning equipment, and remove personal information where possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes applicable consumer rights. Any separate business terms must be agreed before purchase.
