Email info@kahnservers.co.uk with your order number, the item or SKU, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. For a fault or damage, describe the issue and include photographs if available. We will provide return instructions.

Changed your mind?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return the hardware in the condition received, with its included components and accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Pack it securely; original packaging is helpful where available.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is not the item ordered. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by your consumer rights. Do not send a damaged battery or other potentially unsafe item by ordinary post; ask for instructions first.
Your rights for faulty goods are separate from change-of-mind returns and continue where applicable beyond the 30-day voluntary return window.
Every hardware product includes a 90-day return-to-base (RTB) hardware warranty from delivery. Optional server upgrades provide 1, 2 or 3 years total RTB cover. See warranty coverage and claims. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds go to the original payment method. For a UK consumer cancellation, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund the basic outbound delivery charge where required; an upgrade to a premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the basic delivery cost. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Exchanges depend on stock and any price difference being agreed. Email us before ordering a replacement if you need help selecting the correct part.
UK consumer cancellation rights
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel; you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason. Our additional 30-day return policy does not reduce those rights. Sale items and refurbished goods retain their applicable statutory rights.
Any legally applicable exception for genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods must be explained before purchase. Selecting standard server components does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Business purchases do not have the same statutory consumer cooling-off rights; any separately agreed business terms must be supplied before ordering.
