1. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

We accept returns for items within **30 days** of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must fall under one of the following conditions:

  • New: Unopened, original packaging, and unused.
  • Slightly Used: Items that have been opened or tested but remain in perfect functional condition with all original components included.

We accept returns for Defective products (damaged/faulty) and Non-defective products (buyer's remorse or changed mind).

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for our UK customers. If you need to swap a component for a different specification, please contact us within the 30-day window to arrange the exchange process.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

At Kahn Servers, we believe in transparent pricing:

  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  • Shipping Costs: For all returns (defective or non-defective), the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and mailing the item back to our facility.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the hardware. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
