Find 64GB DDR4 RDIMM server memory for supported systems where higher-capacity modules suit the planned configuration. Compare individual 64GB registered modules by exact part number, listed speed, rank and condition. A move to larger modules should begin with the server's supported memory configuration, not an assumption that an empty DIMM slot accepts any 64GB part.
Confirm the server model, generation, processor configuration and installed BIOS or firmware requirements against the manufacturer's documentation. Check the supported capacity per DIMM and the population rules for the number of modules you plan to install. The correct configuration depends on the platform; a module that works in one system is not automatically suitable for another.
Keep module technology explicit in the bill of materials. This collection is for DDR4 RDIMMs. It does not combine 64GB LRDIMMs with registered DIMMs, and it does not include DDR5 memory as a substitute. When replacing or expanding existing memory, record the full labels on the installed modules, including part number, speed and rank.
These examples each have 64GB capacity per module. The table summarises the product titles; follow the part-number links for the current listing and supplied condition. Matching numbers in the capacity column do not confirm that two parts can be mixed in the same server.
| Part number | Capacity per module | Listed memory speed | Listed module organisation |

For several servers, state the target capacity per machine and the proposed number of modules, rather than requesting a single total quantity without a layout. Include the processor count and existing memory configuration. This makes it easier to check the proposed upgrade against the platform's requirements and to identify whether a matching batch is needed.
Consider 32GB DDR4 RDIMMs where the supported layout and available slots suit smaller modules. The wider server RAM collection covers other capacities and memory types. Compare the complete upgrade requirement before deciding which route to take.
Visit wholesale server memory with your part numbers, required quantities, condition preferences and target systems. Availability and matching-batch requirements are confirmed for the enquiry.
